Description
Poças Winery it’s over 100 years old, and is currently in the hands of the 4th generation. One of the rare Port wine companies that was born Portuguese and has remained in the hands of the same family since its foundation. Tawny Ports have built the reputation of Poças, but for the last 30 years the DOC Douro wines have also proven their quality.
With Poças you can immerse yourself in the family atmosphere, smell the unforgettable aroma of the best wines, and observe the routines of a winery full of life!
We offer 2 types of tasting at Poças:
1) Standard Port Tasting (€23): Exclusively sweet wine. Guided tour of the cellars and tasting of 3 Port wines.
- 1 glass of White Port wine Poças
- 1 glass of port wine Poças Tawny 10 years old
- 1 glass of Port wine Poças LBV .
2) Douro DOC & Port wine tasting (€23): Guided tour of the cellars and tasting of 2 Douro DOC wines and 1 Port.
- Poças DOC Douro Trava-Linguas Branco
- Poças DOC Douro Trava-Linguas Tinto
- Poças Vinho do Porto White or Ruby

To check-in, please go inside the winery and show the ticket you will have received by email to the reception desk.
Additional costs
If you would like any extra wine tastings over and above those you have already booked, you will need to advise reception and pay the extra.
Cancellation policy
TThis activity, not being operated by Revolutours, has a free cancellation policy up to 48 hours in advance. Up to 24 hours before, a partial refund of 50% will be made. After 24 hours notice no refunds or exchanges can be made.
